Mr. Warren is the principal shareholder in the Firm. Formerly an equity partner with Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon and Carroll, Burdick & McDonough, he was both Los Angeles Managing Partner and a member of the Management Committee with both firms. Mr. Warren has represented manufacturers, distributors and various service providers in product liability, toxic tort and personal injury actions for over 30 years and has extensive trial experience in high exposure cases. In addition to serving as regional trial counsel for several multinational corporations, he also serves as National Coordinating Counsel for the first and second largest manufacturers of recreational equipment in Taiwan, overseeing all products liability litigation in the United States for these two entities. Mr. Warren also advises the Firm's clients on various risk avoidance measures, including assisting with the drafting of warnings and owner's manuals, reviewing advertising programs to minimize unintended warnings claims, and managing voluntary CPSC national recall efforts.
