From LAX, the Westside or the San Fernando Valley:

Get on the 405 (San Diego) Freeway going south. Take the 405 south to the 710 (Long Beach) Freeway south. After you get on the 710, proceed south approximately 4 miles until you see a sign for Downtown Long Beach (this is near the end of the freeway). Follow this sign (do not follow the sign to the Queen Mary) and exit at Broadway. The Broadway exit will be on the left and you can only go one direction, which is east. Stay on Broadway approximately 2 to 3 miles to Redondo, which is the light that follows lights at Junipero and Temple. Turn right (south) on Redondo, which will “dead-end” into Ocean in 3 blocks. Turn left (east) on Ocean. There will be a fork in Ocean in approximately 1/2 mile and you want to stay to the right. After this fork, you will go approximately one mile before coming onto “The Peninsula” at 54th Place. Alamitos Bay will be on your left and the ocean on your right. Continue proceeding east to the second stop sign, which is 62nd Place. Turn left and proceed to the end of the block. Our offices are on the second floor of the building directly in front of you that fronts on Alamitos Bay. You may park in numbered tandem spots “2” or “3” in the private lot to your right if they are available. Otherwise, you will need to park on the street.

From Orange County, including John Wayne Airport:

Get on the 405 (San Diego) Freeway going north. Take the exit that reads “7th Street/Long Beach West <22>,” then look for the Studebaker Road exit once you are on the 7th Street exit ramp (1.0 mile). Take the Studebaker exit, bearing to the left and following the sign that reads Studebaker Road South. Turn left (south) at the light and proceed approximately 1.1 miles, where Studebaker dead-ends into Westminster. Turn right (west) on Westminster and proceed straight. You will cross Pacific Coast Highway, after which you will go up and over a bridge from which you can see the water. You will now be on 2nd Street (Westminster turns into 2nd when it crosses PCH). Continue on until you go over yet another bridge (.8 miles), which spans one of the canals that leads into Alamitos Bay. Make sure you are in the left lane as you cross over this second bridge. The first light you come to after you get over the bridge is Bay Shore Avenue. Turn left (south) on Bay Shore. (If Bay Shore is closed, turn left at the next possible street and proceed south to Ocean.) Just past the second stop sign the road forks and you want to take the left fork, which is 54th Place. Take this to the stop sign, which is Ocean, and turn left (east). You are now on “The Peninsula.” Alamitos Bay will be on your left and the ocean on your right. Proceed east to the second stop sign (.5 miles), which is 62nd Place. Turn left and proceed to the end of the block. From the 605 Freeway (south):

Proceed south on the 605 Freeway almost to the end, which is where it intersects with the 405. You will see an exit for 7th Street West. This exit curves around to the right (west) and ultimately runs about a mile before you finally get to 7th Street. However, after about 1/4 to 1/2 mile, you will see an exit off of the 7th Street exit that reads Studebaker Road. Take the Studebaker exit, bearing to the left and following the sign that reads Studebaker Road South. Turn left (south) at the light and proceed approximately 1.1 miles, where Studebaker dead-ends into Westminster. Turn right (west) on Westminster and proceed straight.
